Paul Knapp

Paul Knapp

Paul Knapp, J.D., has served on 35 public, private, and non-profit boards of directors; his current board service includes Venture Bank, NACD Minnesota Chapter and Catholic Community Foundation of Minnesota. He is Vice President of Vomela Specialty Company and Managing Director of Saint Paul Properties.

Brian Gustafson

Brian Gustafson

Brian Gustafson is Managing Director of Investments for Tonkawa, the Carlson family office.

He has served on several for-profit and non-profit boards including the Board of Directors of Magnet 360 (acquired by Mindtree), GovDelivery (acquired by Internet Capital Group), MinuteClinic (acquired by CVS), NxThera, Courage Foundation, the Minnesota Governor’s Council for Developmental Disabilities, and the Board of Advisors of Great Clips.

He is a former Peace Corps Volunteer, and now lives in Minneapolis.

Bernard J. Weiss

Bernard J. Weiss

Mr. Weiss currently serves as the President and COO of Hubbard Aviation Technologies in addition to the Executive Vice President of Finance for Hubbard Media Group.

Mr. Weiss’s education includes an MBA from Vanderbilt University, a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University as well as work towards a master in engineering from the University of Southern California having been awarded a Hughes Fellowship.

He serves on the boards of AUM Cardiovascular, and Avenet, as well as the Advisory Board of Allegis Capital Ventures Fund IV. Finally, Mr. Weiss serves on community based boards for Twin Cities Teach for America and St Paul Talmud Torah.
