John Bergstrom is an advisor to growth companies, assisting them with financial, strategic, compensation and governance matters. His involvement with these companies often includes advisory engagements or membership on their boards of directors.
Companies where John has served on the board have raised hundreds of millions of dollars of equity and debt capital and completed dozens of merger & acquisition transactions, private placements and public offerings.
He currently serves on the following boards: Big Know, Inc., CPS Group, Inc., Cramer LLC, JobDig, Inc., Tecmark LLC, Goodwill Easter Seals Foundation, Chicagoland Habitat for Humanity and the NACD Minnesota Chapter.
John is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College, B.A., and University of Minnesota, M.B.A. John serves as Secretary/Treasurer of the NACD Minnesota Chapter and is also active in the community serving on several non-profit boards.
Sal Mondelli is an Executive Coach and Consultant with The Bailey Group located in the Minneapolis area. He retired from full time employment in 2016 after serving as President and CEO of 360 Communities, a not for profit organization. He has over 35 years of experience in general management, consulting, sales and marketing, organizational development as well as board of director service.
Sal's experience includes President, CEO, COO, and EVP of growth and start up consulting services and software companies. In this capacity he has developed strategic plans, hired management teams, implemented measurement systems, bought and integrated companies, and developed partnership agreements.
He has been Managing Director Jefferson Wells, EVP Sales and Services for Wausau Financial Systems, President and CEO of Transition Networks, President and COO of Intradyn, and has held various executive, sales and marketing positions at IBM Corporation including being responsible for $200M and $600M lines of business.
Sal currently serves as one of four outside directors on the board of Total Logistics, Inc. a holding company for a trucking and brokerage business located in Oakdale, MN, and Micah-Group and early stage software company focused on the banking industry. His leadership positions on not for profit boards include: Chairman Burnsville Performing Arts Center Commission, Chairman Ordway Center for the Performing Arts, Board Member Greater Twin Cities YMCA, Board Member Make a Wish Foundation of Minnesota, and Board Member Fairview Ridges Hospital. His committee contributions include: fundraising, community advocacy, strategic planning and human resources.
He has been a guest lecturer at the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management, and an Adjunct Professor at Crown College. He received his M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California, and a B.S. from the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, MD.
