Mr. Pat WalshPat Walsh is office manager for Spencer Stuart’s Minneapolis/St. Paul office, bringing to the firm a diverse search and consulting background and a wealth of international experience. Since joining Spencer Stuart, Pat has recruited board, general management and financial executives for public and private equity-backed companies. Industrial clients include leading multinational conglomerates and global companies in fields as varied as food processing, agricultural cooperatives, construction and engineering. He has also recruited portfolio company executives for private equity firms. Pat has helped lead CEO and chief financial officer searches at some of the world’s biggest industrial firms, including leaders in agriculture, food processing, fertilizer production, oil and gas manufacturing, glass and materials. In addition to his client work, Pat has served as head of the Industrial Practice for the Americas, with responsibility for driving global cooperation across the firm in its largest practice; he also previously chaired the audit and risk oversight committee. Pat began his career with Price Waterhouse, where he was a CPA. He joined McKinsey & Company in 1991, where he led engagement teams serving senior management on strategic and organizational issues. Pat is active in the Twin Cities community and sits on the board of governors of the Children's Theater Company in Minneapolis. He holds a B.S. from Miami University of Ohio and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
