The Board's Role in Leading Transformation
Successful organizational transformation requires alignment of the CEO and the board of directors, and an engaged board can be instrumental in leading the process. Leigh Bailey will moderate a discussion about getting the board "on board" for organizational transformation with a panel of corporate directors who will offer a range of perspectives.

Additionally, he has served on the Board of Directors for HealthEast Care System since 2001, including positions on the Quality Assurance Committee, Special Committee Senior Care Services and Executive Committee. Hayes began serving as Board Chair for HeathEast in 2013.
Eric JacksonEric Jackson Chief Operations Officer and Board Member, Lube-Tech Board Chair, Social Venture Partners Eric Jackson joined Lube-Tech in 2004 and is responsible for leading all divisions of the company including Wholesale Distribution, Custom Brands and Transportation; he also serves on the Board of Directors. Additionally, Jackson serves as Board Chair for Social Venture Partners Minnesota, a nonprofit that supports entrepreneurial organizations that provide innovative solutions to at-risk teens.
John OrnerJohn Orner Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota Board Chair, Lifeworks Services John Orner has worked in the health insurance, life insurance and medical banking industry for over 25 years, serving the treasury and institutional investment needs of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota for most of that tenure. Orner also serves as Board Chair for Lifeworks Services, a nonprofit agency dedicated to supporting adults with cognitive and physical disabilities.
