NACD Minnesota Announces 2013 Board of Directors

Additionally, the following individuals were named to the NACD Minnesota chapter board:

Director: John H. Stout, partner at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A.

Director: Sven A. Wehrwein, independent financial consultant
